These Terms & Conditions apply to all coaching and mentoring services booked with Progress Point. Services will be provided by a suitably qualified and experienced coach or mentor with relevant professional and subject expertise.
By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
Coaching & Mentoring
Progress Point provides one-to-one coaching and mentoring tailored to the individual and the outcomes they want to achieve.
Coaching and mentoring is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal or financial advice.
Professional Standards
Progress Point is fully insured and operates in accordance with recognised professional and ethical standards for coaching and mentoring.
Coaches and mentors undertake ongoing professional development, training and education relevant to their work.
Sessions
Sessions are provided online at an agreed date and time. You decide how many sessions you wish to undertake and can book sessions individually or as a series.
Payment
Each session must be paid in full at least 24 hours before the booked session, unless otherwise agreed.
Where an organisation or third party is paying for the service, separate invoicing arrangements may be agreed.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
If Progress Point needs to rearrange a session, an alternative appointment will be offered.
Confidentiality
Coaching and mentoring sessions are confidential. Information will not be shared with another person or organisation without your permission, except where required by law or where there is a serious concern about your safety or the safety of another person.
Where coaching or mentoring is funded by an employer or another organisation, any information to be shared with that organisation will be agreed in advance.
Data Protection
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Progress Point Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Your Responsibility
Coaching and mentoring is a collaborative process. Your coach or mentor will provide professional support and guidance, but decisions and actions remain your responsibility.
Progress Point cannot guarantee a particular work, job, business or personal outcome.
Ending Sessions
You can end coaching or mentoring at any time. Progress Point may also end the service where there is a conflict of interest, inappropriate behaviour or where coaching or mentoring is no longer appropriate.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
