The sessions can be booked online or in-person. In-person appointments take place in our consultation room in Prospect Psychotherapy Practice, Dublin 9.

Tina Walsh
Progress Point was founded by Tina Walsh, M.A. (Dublin City University), who also holds diplomas in Professional Mentoring, Workplace and Life Coaching, Behavioural Change, and Health Coaching. Additionally, with a strong focus on personal growth, she specialises in coaching individuals on behavioural changes related to life, health, and work, offering life coaching to those managing chronic conditions or pursuing specific goals. Furthermore, Tina serves as an Outcomes Star and Behavior Change practitioner at ISM Training, where she actively works to enhance personal and professional development. This enables her to offer a comprehensive approach that fosters lasting, meaningful change.
Colin Jones
Colin Jones is an experienced financial coach with 17 years in the financial services industry, specialising in helping individuals and couples take control of their finances and achieve their goals. Additionally, he is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) with a Level 8 Certificate in Pensions, Insurance, and Investment from Griffith College, and holds additional certifications in Responsible and Sustainable Finance, Life and Workplace Coaching, and Training and Development.
Beyond his qualifications, Colin’s approach combines deep industry knowledge with a practical, client-focused ethos. For instance, he works closely with clients to simplify complex financial concepts, therefore empowering informed decision-making and building long-lasting financial confidence. In turn, clients gain a better understanding of their finances and develop the skills to make sound financial choices. What’s more, his commitment to personalised coaching allows him to offer tailored advice that supports both short-term objectives and long-term success.
