What is Mentoring?

Mentoring is practical, one-to-one guidance that helps you progress in your work and career. It supports you in strengthening your role, adapting to workplace expectations, and building confidence in everyday situations. A mentor shares knowledge, experience, and clear steps that help you move forward. This can include improving your CV, planning your career path, developing new skills, or understanding workplace systems and culture—especially if you’re new to Ireland. Mentoring also helps you grow in your role within a team, communicate more effectively, and handle challenges with more clarity and confidence.

How many sessions do I need?

Clients start by exploring with one free 15 minute appointment. Clients book generally 4-6 sessions in total. Sometimes clients prefer to work on their goals longer. Coaching & Mentoring is always individual, tailored process to work toward the outcomes you need and want to achieve.
